Help for Pigpen, and the way to reach a person about it.
Something broken, something confusing, or an idea for the game — write, and you will get a person rather than a form. Say which iPhone you are on and which version of Pigpen you are running; the version number is at the top of Settings — the gear on the title screen.
Replies usually come within a few days.
Tap a tile to lay a fence on it; press and drag to lay a whole run at once, and start a drag on a fence to tear out everything you drag over. Shut the pig in with the pieces the level gives you, and shut in as much mud as you can while you are at it. Water walls the pen for free. When you let the pig go it tries every route, and a single gap to the edge of the map is an escape.
Every level in the game has been solved with the pieces it gives you. Undo walks back a press at a time, and clearing the field is a press like any other — one undo brings the whole thing back. A pen that holds is worth more the more ground it takes, so a first pass that merely holds is a fine place to start.
In Settings — the gear on the title screen — under Daily puzzle reminder. If the switch is on and nothing comes through, notifications for Pigpen have been turned off for the whole app in iPhone Settings; the card says so and gives you the button that opens that door.
In Settings, under Privacy: turn Anonymous usage off and nothing more is sent. What is counted, and what is not, is written out in full in the privacy policy.
In Settings, under Game data: Clear all game data forgets every star, every level you have opened and every daily puzzle you have finished. You are asked first, and it cannot be undone. The button greys out when there is nothing saved to clear.
Yes — in Settings, under Cut scenes: every film in the game end to end, in the order the journey meets them, including worlds you have not reached yet.
The download is free and holds the whole first world — Mudlark Meadow, nine puzzles and its boss — and today's daily puzzle. One purchase, The Full Game, opens every world past the meadow and every day in the archive: a single one-time payment, not a subscription, yours for good.
Open anything still locked and press Restore a purchase on the sheet that comes up. The purchase belongs to your Apple account rather than to a phone, so it restores free on every device signed in to it — nothing to buy twice and nobody to write to.
No. Everything the game remembers is kept on the phone you played it on. There is no account to make and nothing to sign in to. The full game itself is the one exception — see above.
Yes. It is a game about a pig getting into and out of mud: no violence, no chat, and no links out to anywhere except this page and the privacy policy. The one thing for sale is the full game above, behind the store's own purchase sheet — on a phone set up for a child, an ask goes to whoever approves purchases, and the game waits quietly for the answer.
